At Youagla, we understand that receiving your custom-made fitness apparel quickly and in perfect condition is key to your satisfaction. This Shipping Policy outlines our commitment to reliable, transparent delivery—including details on shipping locations, timelines, costs, tracking, and how we handle shipping-related issues. Whether you’re ordering a custom sports bra or a set of leggings, we want you to know exactly when and how your gear will arrive.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the following regions. If your location is not listed, please contact us at [email protected] for special shipping inquiries:
- Domestic Shipping: All 50 states in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- International Shipping: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most countries in the European Union (EU), Japan, and South Korea. We are working to expand our international coverage—check back regularly for updates.
2. Production & Shipping Timelines
Since all Youagla apparel is custom-made to your specifications, delivery timelines include two key phases: production time (to craft your unique gear) and shipping time (to deliver it to your door). Below are our standard timelines—note that peak seasons (e.g., holiday shopping, fitness challenge periods) may add 1-2 business days to production.
2.1 Production Time
- Standard production for most custom items (e.g., leggings, sports bras, tank tops): 3-5 business days.
- Complex customizations (e.g., intricate prints, multiple personalization details, or bulk orders): 5-7 business days.
- You will receive a production confirmation email once your item is finished and ready to ship.
2.2 Shipping Time (After Production)
Shipping time varies by destination and shipping method. We offer two main shipping options for both domestic and international orders:
- Standard Shipping: For domestic U.S. orders, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. For international orders (to our selected covered countries), standard shipping takes 7-12 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: For domestic U.S. orders, expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. For international orders (to our selected covered countries), expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days.
Note: Shipping time does not include weekends or public holidays. For example, an order shipped via Standard Shipping on a Friday will not count the weekend toward delivery days.
2.3 Estimated Total Delivery Time
To calculate when you’ll receive your order, add production time and shipping time. For example:
- A U.S. order with Standard Shipping + standard production: 3-5 (production) + 3-5 (shipping) = 6-10 business days total.
- An international order with Expedited Shipping + complex production: 5-7 (production) + 3-5 (shipping) = 8-12 business days total.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order before checkout—simply add items to your cart, enter your shipping address, and select your preferred shipping method.
3.1 Shipping Cost Discounts
We offer the following shipping promotions to help you save:
- Domestic (U.S.): Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.
- International: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (excludes duties and taxes—see Section 6 for details).
- Promotional free shipping offers (e.g., holiday sales) will be clearly marked on our website and apply automatically at checkout when eligible.
4. Order Tracking

5.3 Damaged Packages

- Duties and Taxes: These are fees imposed by your country’s customs office on imported goods. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost—you will be responsible for paying them upon delivery (the courier will contact you to collect these fees).
- Customs Documentation: We include all necessary customs forms with your package (e.g., commercial invoice) to declare the value of your order and avoid customs delays.
- Prohibited Items: Some countries have restrictions on certain fabrics or apparel—we will notify you at checkout if your order cannot be shipped to your location.

- P.O. boxes for international orders (couriers require a physical address for delivery).
